You would think that as an engineer , replacing a motherboard would be harder than fixing a computer with virus .How wrong you could be.

Viruses are our biggest headaches. there are hundreds of thousands of them !!

Here is the most common type of virus for 2011

You click a link on a website that says "click here to have a free scan of your computer", So you click the link and your pc slows down then a pop up comes up like its trying to help you, saying you have thousands of viruses. when what you have downloaded to help you is the virus itself !!!

This type of virus is very very difficult to remove however here at pc callout removing viruses like this is easy for us as we have decades of experience...

Picture the scene here I am waiting for a callout to fix a computer .The phone rings and some one calls saying i have the Natas32.worm, can i fix it? .hmmmmm Can I fix it ? What is it? Yes i can remove the virus but usually this means reinstalling the entire operating system . If you have a Laptop Virus read below to see hoe to remove it.

The way to remove the virus is to :

1) Back up all your data including drivers

2) fdisk the hard drive format the partition and format using the windows slow method

3) Reload the operating system

4) install the drivers

5) back back all software and data back onto the hard disk.
